Jason Manford teams up with Iceland

17 06 2020

British comedian Jason Manford recently joined forces with Iceland to work for the supermarket as a delivery driver for the day, after Tesco rejected a job application he made last month.

Manford surprised workers at Manchester based charity The Bread and Butter Thing with £500 worth of groceries whilst on his shift, and Iceland has also made a donation to his charity of choice, The Children's Adventure Farm Trust, in exchange for his time. Manford said 'Massive thanks to Iceland who have offered me this opportunity to not just deliver some food to their loyal customers, but also for making a generous donation to charities that are close to my heart'.
